Amnesia vs Hï Ibiza
Hï if you want the best production and sound in Ibiza and you are happy to be home by 06:00. Amnesia if you want the single best hour of nightlife on this island, which happens on its terrace at around 05:00 and keeps going long after Hï has emptied.
You care more about the room than the line-up, you want to still be dancing at sunrise, and you would rather a €30 taxi than a shorter night.
You want the spectacle — the best sound system on the island, a genuinely stunning room — and you are staying in Playa d'en Bossa so you can walk home.
Where the two actually differ.

Excellent, and the terrace has a warmth the big rooms lack. Not the loudest, but the most pleasant to spend six hours in.
The best on the island, without much argument. The main theatre is a genuinely world-class install.
Two rooms and a legendary terrace with a glass roof that opens. Feels like a nightclub. Worn in, in the best way.
Immaculate, enormous, theatrical. Feels like a production. Some people love that; some find it airport-like.

So which one do you book?
These are not really competing for the same night, which is why the comparison is worth making properly. Hï is the better room and it is not close: the sound, the sightlines and the production are the best you will find in Ibiza, and if you are staying in Playa d'en Bossa you can walk home, which quietly saves you €30 and an argument at a taxi rank.
But Amnesia is the better night. The terrace between 04:00 and 07:00, with the roof open and the light coming up, is the thing people are actually chasing when they book a trip to this island, and no amount of production design at Hï replaces it. It is also €25 cheaper on the door and considerably cheaper if you were ever going to consider a table.
If you only have one big night, take Amnesia and budget €30 for the ride home. If you have two, do Hï midweek in the Club Room rather than the theatre, where the door is €60 rather than €90 and the room is better anyway.
