A seven-day Ibiza itinerary needs slack. The island rewards late beach afternoons, a long lunch and one day that changes because the wind, the sea or the group feels different. Choose a base that keeps the first three days simple, then use the car or a day trip for the part of the island that is farther away.

Plan the coasts from the base
West-coast sunsets suit a Sant Antoni base. The east and north work naturally from Santa Eulària with a car. Ibiza Town makes a flexible south-and-town week. Plan one cross-island day at most; Ibiza is small enough to tempt you into itineraries that spend too much time in a car.
When a car helps
